At Godfreys, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all included manuals and accessories to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
